Kranching waterfall + Batu caves

Another waterfall we had visited that is Kraching waterfall, along with maggie, jensen and me. Kranching waterfall was located nearby Rawang, We start our journey by follow the road to kepong and rawang for about 20-30 minutes .

Passed by Batu Cave and follow Kuantan direction, all the way to Selayang then before Rawang there, then u will saw Hutan Lipuh Kanching on your right hand site, make a u turn because there was divider that cant make u right turn. Journey took about 45min or less than that. It's a quick descent to the entrance parking lot, so be aware. The entry fee for adults a is RM1 per person while each vehicle is charged RM2 for parking.

Based on the information from internet, there are 7 waterfalls inside the Hutan Lipur Kranching, which mean that there will be 7 levels of waterfalls. Each waterfall had their name and characteristic. It was mentioned that Hutan Lipur Kranching was a great hideout for a weekend getaway or a picnic, is well-known among the locals. The forest holds special appeal for nature lovers in search of peace and serenity in its waterfalls, which is definitely worth a visit.Getting know that during the weekends Kanching is very crowded, luckily we reached there by 9.30 am, the place still quiet and not much people around.

We started our journey by walking through the paved walkway for about 10-15 minutes. Frankly, we had totally no ideas with the 7 falls, and didn't aware of it even through we passing by ( really FC!!). After the paved walkway, we had passed through the first waterfall- Lata Bemban, second waterfall - Lata Terentang, third waterfall - Lata Tempenis. Where the most of the people will stay here because it will be much more easier to get there, concrete pool was build which crowd will not suffering for the uneven rock. The facilities such as changing rooms, picnic area, toilets and camp side will be provided at this levels.

Act cool!!

2nd waterfall - Lata Terentang ( A Bridge joining banks together to generate more resting area )

After that, we were continued to the forth waterfall - Lata Kapur. This is the most dangerous pathway along the journey, we have to climb up from the very steeply and long concrete stairway till the ascend narrow pathway just beside the steep hillside. We have to hold the rope when walked along the hill sides to prevent us from fall down. You can see the river was tame and cascade over four levels at here. We are all exhausted after this climbing .

4th waterfall- Lata Kapur

Rest after tired climbing the hills

We have to crossing the water stream in order to get to fifth waterfall , many rocks around this area ,beware of it when you crossing this river. After passing through the bushes pathway surrounded by forest, we had reached to the Lata Tembusu. A fanstatic scenic in which you can see a tall waterfall and wild cascading of the water.

5th Waterfall- Lata Tembusu

To climb up the small hill, you will reached the sixth waterfall- Lata Gapis and this is the end of the track, we can't find a way to reach the seventh waterfall- Lata Buas. Anyway, thinking of our safety, we just satisfied to reach till here. However, this is not a nice place to take a bath here, we decided to head back Lata Tembusu and stay there.

After that, We decided to visit batu caves which is located nearby as suggested by maggie. Since maggie never been there before, me and jensen force to accompany her this time . Nothing much to said, we just climbed up the 272 stairs ( very tired !! FC maggie !), and took a look for the statue . At the mean times , Jensen did pray over there as well.
